Ab Januar wird ein gemütliches, helles Zimmer mit 24qm in unserer WG frei.
Unsere WG sind die einzigen Bewohner im Hinterhofhaus, daher kann man dem Hinterhof als eigene Terrasse benutzen und deshalb ist es auch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer hat drei Fenster durch die sehr viel Licht in das Zimmer kommt. Der Boden ist ein sehr schöner Holzboden und verleiht dem Zimmer eine sehr warme Atmosphäre. Du hast ein eigenes Waschbecken bei dir im Zimmer und sonst gibt es zwei Toiletten und eine Dusche für alle.
Wir haben eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und alle Utensilien werden miteinander geteilt.

24 sqm bright Room in our cozy flat is looking for a new tenant. :)
We are the only occupants in the backyard house, therefore we can use the backyard space as a terrace and it is also very peaceful. The room has three windows, giving the room lots of light during the day. The floor is a beautiful wooden floor which gives the room a warm atmosphere. You have your own wash basin in the room and there are two toilets/one bathroom for all.
We have a big kitchen for common use, which accommodates almost everything...
Unser Haus ist ca. 2-3 Minuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle/U-Bahn entfernt. Zur S-Bahn Station Schwabstr braucht man ca. 7 Minuten.
Innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten erreicht ihr Lidl und DM.
Da das Haus direkt in der Stadt liegt, sind wir umgeben von zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und allerlei Geschäften. ;)

Our house is 2-3 minutes walkable distance from the next bus/U-Bahn station and you need 7 minutes to the S-Bahn station Schwabstrasse. In 2-3 minutes, you can reach super markets as well.
As our house is located in a central area, we are surrounded by a number of cafes, restaurants and bars. ;)
In dieser WG wohnen zurzeit Anne-Sophie , Gaetan und Mihir (Oh und eine Katze ;)), also eine gute Mischung verschiedener Kulturen. Aber was wir alle gemeinsam haben ist unsere Leidenschaft für sportliche Aktivitäten wie Badminton, Joggen und Klettern. Falls du Lust hast, kannst du gerne mitmachen aber auch wenn du eine eher gemütlichere Person bist, trinken wir eben Kaffee zusammen. :D
Wir sind alle berufstätig, daher ist es tagsüber eher ruhig, aber manchmal abends oder am Wochenende kochen und essen wir gerne gemeinsam und quatschen über unseren Tag. Daran kannst du gerne teilhaben, aber keiner zwingt dich dazu. Wenn das Wetter gut ist, chillen wir gerne im Hinterhof.

Anne-Sophie, Gaetan and Mihir (oh and a cat named Zora;)) are the current tenants - a good mixture of diverse cultures. But we have something in common, which is our interests in sports activities.
We are all working full time, therefore it is calm during the day. But we see each other regularly in the kitchen while cooking and also cook & eat together sometimes. You are always free to join but nobody would be butt-hurt if you'd rather like to chill in your room. :D
Wir freuen uns darauf dich kennen zu lernen. Es wäre schön, wenn du persönlich bei uns vorbei kommen könntest, damit wir dir alles zeigen können und dich kennen lernen können.
