Es ist nur für diese 7 Wochen verfügbar und wird für 500€ pro Woche vermietet Die Wohnung befindet sich im Pankow Rosenthal. Vor der Tür hält die Tram und REWE/Aldi sind 5 Min zu Fuß . Das große Schlafzimmer ist voll möbliert, das Wohnzimmer auch. Das kleinere Zimmer kann als Büro, Gäste- oder Kinderzimmer genutzt werden. Die EBK ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt einen Stellplatz zu der Wohnung und das Bad hat eigenes Fenster. Über das eine Zimmer erreicht man einen süßen Balkon. Kein Durchgangzimmer. Nur Nichtraucher.
Der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Wir haben einen 3 jährigen Sohn und wünschen uns eine Familie mit Kind/er als Mieter/Nachbarn, damit die Kinder gemeinsam spielen. Mieter, deren Kosten von jeglichen Ämtern getragen werden, sind unerwünscht. Studenten oder junge berufstätige Paare auch gerne. Wenn noch Fragen sind, bitte schreibt mich an. Kein Hartz IV o.ä.
Zum Haus gibt es eine Solaranlage, die ca. 40% des Strombedarfs der ganzen Immobile deckt. Es wird überwiegend dieser Strom genutzt, deswegen schaffen wir auch alle Kosten mit der Miete zu 100% zu decken. Im Heller ist ein Waschraum mit 2 Waschmaschinen, die auch von den Mietern benutz werden.
Availible only for these 7 weeks and it costs 500€ per week!This 3 room apartment is located in Pankow Rosenthal. There is a REWE and Aldi Supermarket just some meters from the house and the tram stops in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equiped. The one bedroom also, the other one can be equieped as office, guest room ot a kids room, now there is e one person bed inside. The bathroom has a window and the big bedroom a nice balcony. There is a parking slot for that apartment.
We are living in the apartment in the second floor and we have a 3 years old son who whish to have a buddy as neighbour :) The apramenrt can be rented from studentst/young couples. We do not accept any tenant who get the rent payed from an authority. No smokers please. We have a solar system on our roof and 40% od the electricity that we use in the house is produced hee, that why we are able to offer an all inlclusive rent without any costs. There is a laundry room in the basement with 2 washmashines and they can be used by the tenants.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Pankow Rosenthal. Vor der Tür hält die Tram und gegenüber ist der REWE. NIcht weit ist auch eine Bushaltestelle, die direkt zu S Bahn Wilhelmsruh führt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und sehr kinder/familienfreundlich. Das Haus liegt direkt neben unser Mehrfamilienhaus, hat eben einen eigenen Hauseingang und profitiert vom großen Garten wie wir alle. Die M1 Haltestelle Wiesenwinkle ist vor der Tür, Rosenthal Center ist das nächste EKZ, 3 Min zu Fuß, dort gibt es 2 Restaurants, REWE, Apotheke, Blumenladen, Bäcker, Kiosk mit Hermes usw. Aldi auch 3 Min zu Fuß in die andere Richtung.
