Die Wohnung besteht aus:
- einem Schlaf-/Arbeitszimmer mit Morgensonne (Ostseite)
- einer großzügigen Küche mit Sofa und Westfenstern – perfekt für Sonne am Nachmittag und Abend
- einem separaten Badezimmer
- einem kleinen Eingangsbereich
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Tische, Stühle, Sofa etc.) und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Außerdem vorhanden:
- Waschmaschine
- Geschirrspüler
- Smart-TV
- Schnelles DSL-Internet (250 Mbit/s)
Ideal für alle, die im Sommer eine ruhige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Greifswald suchen!

As I will probably be away from Greifswald over the summer, I’m subletting my lovely, bright flat from May to September. The exact move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be discussed.
The apartment consists of:
- A bedroom/study with lots of morning sunlight (east-facing)
- A spacious kitchen with a sofa and west-facing windows to enjoy the afternoon sun
- A separate bathroom
- A small entrance area
The flat is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, table, desk, chairs, sofa, etc.) and comes with everything you need for daily life. It’s also equipped with:
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Smart TV
- High-speed DSL internet (250 Mbit/s)
Perfect for someone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay in Greifswald during the summer!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Fettenvorstadt, westlich des Hauptbahnhofs und in der Nähe des Botanischen Gartens. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür, allerdings ist der Bahnhof zu Fuß sogar schneller erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten) und auch die Innenstadt ist in 10–15 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Supermärkte (Rewe, Netto) sowie eine Apotheke befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Parkplätze gibt es zwar nicht direkt am Haus, aber in der Umgebung findet man in der Regel schnell und kostenlos einen Stellplatz – ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

The flat is located in Fettenvorstadt, just west of the main train station and close to the Botanical Garden. The nearest bus stop is right in front of the building, but the train station is actually faster to reach on foot (around 5 minutes), and the city center is just a 10–15 minute walk away.
The closest supermarkets (Rewe, Netto) and a pharmacy are only a few minutes away on foot. While there’s no direct parking at the building, you can usually find a free parking spot within a short walking distance.
Evtl. besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung langfristig zu übernehmen. Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem festen Wohnsitz in Greifswald bist und dir die Wohnung gefällt, können wir das gerne ganz in Ruhe persönlich besprechen.
