Female Visiting OeAD Scholar seeking furnished shared apartment with private facilities in Innsbruck (Jan–Jun 2026, max. €500)

I am a visiting scholar coming to Innsbruck under the OeAD Scholarship Programme and will stay from January to June 2026. I am a responsible and academically focused person who values a peaceful, respectful, and hygienic living environment. I appreciate cleanliness, order, and mutual consideration in shared spaces. I am looking for a furnished shared apartment with one female roommate, preferably with a private bathroom and access to a kitchen. My maximum budget is €500, as I am a student.
I dedicate most of my time to research and academic work, and I value a peaceful environment at home. I I do not smoke, keep my surroundings organized, and contribute to maintaining a calm and comfortable household. I I am independent, friendly, and reliable, and I would like to live in a place where roommates communicate respectfully and honor each other's privacy.
