We are renting out our beautiful apartment in Stuttgart-Vaihingen (01.08.21 to 15.10.21)
The flat is equipped with furniture and everything you need for daily life (kitchen utensils, washing machine, internet etc.). The living room is very big and it includes a desk (for long hours in the home office), a kitchen and a dining table. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. In the basement floor you find the bedroom (with a huge double bed), the walk-in wardrobe and the bathroom (including a bathtub).

Schöne 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Vaihingen zur Zwischenmiete von 01.08.21 bis 15.10.21
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, inkl. Gegenstände des täglichen Gebrauchs (Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine etc.). Ein Internetanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche. Ein Arbeitsplatz steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Schlafzimmer, begehbarer Kleiderschrank sowie Bad mit Badewanne befinden sich im Souterrain.
Everything you need is within reach: there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment, the train station (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.
A big shopping mall is in 5-minute walking distance. The University of Stuttgart can be reached in 30 minutes (foot) or 5 minutes (bike). Last but not least: the public pool is also super close (less than 5-minute walk).

Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, S-Bahn und U-Bahn können in 10 Minuten zu Fuß bequem erreicht werden.
Ein großes Einkaufzentrum mit allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Universität Stuttgart ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten (30 Minuten zu Fuß) zu erreichen. Im Sommer ebenfalls wichtig: das örtliche Freibad erreicht man in weniger als 5 Minuten.
Our cat lives with us in the apartment but won’t be there during your stay.

Allergiker-Info: Normalerweise lebt unsere Katze ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Während der Zwischenmiete wird sie jedoch woanders unterkommen.
