Inexpensive small house in quiet location

As I am leaving for vacation, I would like to sublet my small house in Göttingen for around 1.5 months: from 23 February to 7 April. If you are looking for accommodation for a slightly different period, e.g. till the end of March, we can certainly discuss it. The house is situated in the south of Göttingen, in a very quiet location (a dead end street), so the only noise you’ll hear is the chirping of sparrows and other birds.
The house basically has 3 rooms (and some “sub-rooms” or dens). As my girlfriend and I have moved there recently, we don’t have much furniture yet. For example we haven’t bought a bed yet, so we sleep on the mattress in a small bedroom upstairs. There is also a sofa bed in the downstairs room, so you can also sleep there if you prefer. Also, the fridge in the house does not have a freezer. We do plan to buy a bigger fridge with a freezer, but so far we did not have time for that. Considering that a big REWE supermarket is just 5 minutes’ walk from the house, the lack of a freezer has not really been a problem. Another supermarket (Aldi) is not very far either.
Your need around 15 minutes by bicycle to get to the center of Göttingen and around 20 minutes to get to the central campus of the University (Platz der Göttinger Sieben). If you don’t have a bicycle, you can use mine for free. If you prefer to use buses, two bus stops (for buses 12, 21 and 22) are reachable in 3 to 5 minutes on foot. If you would like to use our car for a modest fee, this is also possible.
The rent of 450 euros per month plus 120 euros for utilities (so 570 euros per month in total) would be OK for me. This is already less than what I pay myself. However, if you are looking for something even cheaper, please let me know your offer and we can discuss it.
