Looking for a room to rent from February 2017 onward with a strong sense of community!

Hello!

I just got accepted to study a master course in Business Informatics in Mannheim and I started to search for a room for me. To me there are three most important factors: the price, the sense of community of the shared spaces and the distance from the university/center. I would like a room that costs around 250 euros per month (all inclusive) or less. But as important as the price is the fact that me and the room do not stand by itself as it is part of a shared house/apartment/whatever. As I don't have any friends in Germany I would like to have some room mates to share my experiences with. I have seen that there are some very cool houses with a lot of rooms located near to the Unterer Luisenpark and this is what I am aiming for, but I probably will be interested by other cool options. If you are searching for a no smoker, no pets, no noise, no problem no problem kind of person I am probably what you are looking for! :P

I still very bad in German, near the A1 level, but I would love very much to learn it as quick as possible, so a German speaking only residence would not be a problem for me. In fact it would be a plus!

P.S. I know how to cook some very interesting Brazilians desserts, so if I can't convince your brain to accept me then I may convince you by the belly! xD
