Hi,

I am looking for a 1 room studio apartment or 2 room house on rent. Size 20m2 to 50m2
My budget is 500 to 600 warm, all inclusive, but if the property is worth it I can go upto 700 warm all inclusive.
(all inclusive = Heating, Water, Electricity, GEZ)
I would prefer if the house has a private garden or in case of a flat, it has a spacious balcony or a terrace.
House or flat location preferrably near by Altstadt. Other areas I am interested in includes Sanderau/Sanderring, Zellerau, Frauenland, Gerbrunn and Grombuhl.

I have moved to Wurzburg from India in July 2018.
Currently I am living in a beautiful house (60m2) with a private garden at Leiblstr. upto 31st August 2019, which is a sub-lease apartment so I have to vacate it on 31st July. I have regularly paid my rent on time. Now I am searching for a permenant, smaller and cheaper house for longer period of time, 2 years.

I am Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at University of Wurzburg, a PhD student (Marie-Curie Fellow) in TECHNISCHE PHYSIK. My doctoral salary is secured by Marie Curie Scholarship for the period of 3 years (upto July 2021).
My work contract with University is for 3 years (upto July 2021), with a possibility to extend, so I am looking for a long-term house to rent.
