Hello,
We have available ne double interior room for one person in a nice apartment of 85 sqm, with 4 rooms, a kitchen, bathroom in Sagrada Familia neighborhood.

A LONGER stay will have a preference (over 3 months). This room is overlooking the courtyard and has a door/window with access to the interior balcony (loggia type).

This bedroom has 10 sqm and is completely private with key lock and furnished with everything you could need and equipped with: double bed, pillow, two lamps, wardrobe, bedside table, one thermo fan, a desk, chair, shelf, mirror, trash can, curtains, bedsheets and towels.

On the price, all the services are included: bills (gas, water, electricity), community expenses, home insurance, internet WiFi, biweekly cleaning, personal assistance during all your stay, repair and maintenance services.

The apartment has a great location in Avenida Gaudi in the first floor (second real) of a nice building with elevator and caretaker and has 80 m2, 4 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen, living room with a beautiful view to the Avenida Gaudi.
The closest metro station is Sagrada Familia, (blue line and lila metro line; 200 mt from the apartment).
Supermarket, public bike, shops and find everything you need very close.

This is a nice apartment with four rooms and is fully furnished with all the things that you need during your studies in Barcelona. The common areas include an exterior living room with sofas, auxiliary tables, lamps, flat screen tv, and table with chairs to enjoy your meals with your flat mates. There is a complete equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, and all utensils for cooking and eating.
You will share a furnished living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen with other international students.

The apartment suits perfectly for master student, internships (i.e. Erasmus), language courses students.

Pets and smoking is prohibited on the property.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Move-in date is between the 1st and 15th of the month you pay the whole month's rent. Between 16th and 31st of the month you pay half a month's rent.
Move-out date is between the 1st and 15th of the month you pay half a month's rent. Between 16th and 31st of the month you pay the whole month's rent.

We do contract with possibility to register for minimum stay of 3 months.

Cleaning fees of 50€
