Hello,
We will have free one double exterior room for one person in a nice apartment of 95 sqm, with 4 rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, in Sagrada Familia neighborhood.

This bedroom has 14 sqm and is completely private with key lock and furnished with everything you could need and equipped with: double bed of 160 cms x 200 cms, pillows, lamps, wardrobe, bedside table, one fan, a desk, chair, shelf, mirror, trash can, curtains, bedsheets, and towels.

On the price, all the services are included: bills (gas, water, electricity), community expenses, home insurance, internet WiFi, cleaning of common areas twice a month, personal assistance during all your stay, repair and maintenance service and of course unlimited use of all appliances in the apartment like a washing machine, iron, fridge, etc.

We request 2 month of bond (refundable) plus 50€ of final cleaning.

The apartment is located in the prime area of the district Eixample neighborhood Sagrada Familia at the street Avenida Gaudí, 08025 Barcelona.
The apartment has 4 sleeping rooms,living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen, loggia and sunny balcony overlooking the Sagrada Familia.
It is on the first floor with elevator.

Metro station Blue(5)and purple line(2)is around 2 street of the apartment, along with public bikes (Bicing). In the area there are many bars, supermarkets, stores and everything you might be looking for.

The apartment suits perfectly for master student, internships (i.e. Erasmus), language courses students, young workers etc.

Pet and smoking is prohibited in the property.

This is a nice apartment with four rooms and is fully furnished with all the things that you need during your studies in Barcelona. The common areas include an exterior living room with sofas, auxiliary tables, lamps, flat screen tv, and table with chairs to enjoy your meals with your flat mates. There is a complete equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, and all utensils for cooking and eating.
You will share a furnished living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen with other international students.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Move-in date is between the 1st and 15th of the month you pay the whole month's rent. Between 16th and 31st of the month you pay half a month's rent.
Move-out date is between the 1st and 15th of the month you pay half a month's rent. Between 16th and 31st of the month you pay the whole month's rent.

We do contract with possibility to register.
