Hi everybody,
I have taken a job in Düsseldorf and will be completely away from Berlin until mid-2023 or even maybe longer.
You can have my room in between (sub-let).
No "Anmeldung" but of course, you will get a regular lease contract.
Generally speaking, I would love to pass it on to a nice and NEAT person. You may study or stay in Berlin for an internship or a project. I am really flexible on the renting period and I would prefer to find somebody who takes the room for at least 4-6 months or longer (no short stays).
The flat is a 2 bedroom flat, 76 sqm large (820 sqft) on the 4th floor with a large sunny kitchen and a tub bath.
You will share it with Aravind - a cool ESCP MBA student from India who rented the room for his internship period and now works with Hello Fresh-. He's veggie, super-quiet and will be your roommate until December.
The flat of course fully equipped :

- dishwasher :-)
- washing machine :-)
- High-speed Internet (WLAN)
Your room is 29 m2, has 2 windows to the southeast and is very lightly.
It is completely furnished.
The rent is 500 Euro + 50 Euro for all other costs (heating, power, hot water, internet); all-inclusive means no nasty surprises.
About me:
I am a french guy (41) and came to Berlin 10 years ago after my MBA. As an entrepreneur, I founded and managed a small software company in Berlin... and I took a new challenge away from Berlin... let's see!
I speak fluently German, studied in Toronto and in Paris. I love Berlin and I have a great time here mixing hard work and a lot of fun. Generally speaking, I am interested in Arts and everything that makes life beautiful.

Wedding is a mixed area nearby Mitte (center of Berlin) with differents foreign communities, lots of students and artists.
We benefit from a very good transportation:
Tube U6 + U9 in Leopoldplatz
Rapid Transit (S-Bahn Ring): Wedding
And the main shopping street is only 5 minutes away (supermarkets like Penny, Lidl, Rewe, Karlstadt, C&A, etc...)
So to sum up quickly:
I am really interested in arts and even used to be a stakeholder in an art gallery in Paris before coming to Berlin for 6 years,
I like to go out and enjoy Berlin, but also cook at home and invite some friends for dinner.
I also work hard with extended business trips...
