Starting December 1st of this year, a room will once again be available in our international shared apartment for students and young professionals coming to Berlin. The apartment is located in a newly renovated garden villa near the famous Grunewald forest and is well connected to the city center by the U2 subway, S-Bahn, buses, and even car-sharing services.
The villa has four floors, the garden level has a large kitchen and a common room, as well as a covered terrace where you can relax in the evening sun. Each roommate also has their own plot of land for URBAN GARDENING.
The room is furnished with a bed, a table/desk, and a wardrobe. You are welcome to add your own personal style (click on the photos to see details of the room). High-speed internet throughout the villa (1 gigabit/s)
Plus €98 for utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, etc.)
REGISTRATION POSSIBLE. Smoking and pets are not allowed, single occupancy per room.
The deposit is three times the rent and is due when the keys are handed over. It can be paid in cash, via PayPal, or by bank transfer. The contract has a term of 10 months.

The flatmates are quiet, friendly students who study and work in Berlin. They maintain a relaxed and respectful atmosphere within the apartment and are very easy to get along with. Everyone values clear communication and a considerate approach to shared living. The common areas are kept clean and organized, and there is a strong sense of mutual respect regarding personal space and daily routines.
The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a practical table/desk, and a spacious wardrobe. The entire villa is equipped with high-speed internet (1 gigabit/s), ensuring a fast and stable connection throughout all rooms.
