The room is located in a newly renovated apartment in a traditional Berlin Altbau, with high ceilings and large windows which makes the rooms feel much more spacious than theiir actual size, as well as letting in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is brand new (see pictures) and there is a laundry room for tenants to use free of charge on premises.The WG also also has three separate showers so unlike in other WGs, there is hardly ever a wait.
Perfect for Students or young professionals.
Great connection to public transportation, only 2 min from the Westend S-Bahn station. There are several supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Netto and Edeka) less than a 10 minute walk from the building, as is the beautiful park that surrounds Schloss Charlottenburg.
We prefer to meet in person so we are unable to do video tours.

Great connection to public transportation;
The apartment is located 2 minutes from the Westend S-Bahn station and one stop from the convention center, quick public transportation connection to ESCP (6min) TU (10min) UdK (18min) and several other universities. Less than a 5 to 10 minute walk away (depending on the length of your legs/walking speed) There are also 4 supermarkets, a huge park (behind Schloss Charlottenburg) and the Red Cross Hospital. The city center is also only a quick trip away, so you can live economically, yet still be close to everything.
We are looking for fellow students or young working professionals are looking for an economical and comforbale living solution, that, at the same time is a relatively short commute from many schools.(ESCP 6min TU 10 min UdK 13min) awhile studying or working in Berlin. The Wg environment is best described as friendly and cordial, where people respect each other and the focus is on the studies / work, but people still know how to have fun.
