3 balconies in total, 2 bathrooms, large living room with balcony, spare room for guests, utility room with washing machine and a cosy kitchen!
Situated on Kanstrasse, surrounded by great cafes, restaurants (including amazing Asian restaurants!) and kneipes. 1 minute from buses, 5 mins from Charlottenburg Sbahn (S3, 5, 7, 9 and RE/RB trains) and 7/8 minutes from U7 Wilmersdorfer Strasse. Also near to Messe Nord where you can access the Ringbahn.
We are a chilled, friendly WG. We are all working and often have different schedules. Still, the vibe in the flat is communal and we like to have movie nights, dinners and get-togethers when we can. The flat has a mix of nationalities and we are very open to internationals. Since we're all working full-time, we're only looking for someone working full time as well, around 26-35 years old, and planning to stay in long term. We will ONLY respond to someone who can meet this criteria, so PLEASE DON'T WRITE US IF YOU'RE BELOW 26 AND NOT WORKING FULL TIME.
