My flatmate Arno who I lived with for the last 3,5 years is moving in with his girlfriend and his room should be free from mid February or 1st of March depending on what works best for everyone.

The room has 23sqm, wooden floors, high ceilings und two windows into the quiet Hinterhof.
Even though we got all the restaurants, bars, clubs etc. right outside the house you don't hear any of that since we have new windows and the room goes out to the 2nd Hinterhof.

One downside of the Hinterhaus (and being on the first floor) is that unfortunately we don't get that much natural light und the upside it stays pretty cool in the summer.

Looking for Flinta*
We will have a lovely dog (Lettie) move in with us 50% of the time so you should love dogs and be happy to have one around the apartment.

Perfect location near Warschauer Straße & Simon Dach Straße with good public transport connections, two fleamarkets nearby and loads of bars, restaurants and cafes around.
Supermarket is only 300m away and open till late (23:30). We also got the Vegan Rewe around the corner.
Loads of life outside the front door but the apartment is super quiet and out to the back of the house.

I'm Lara, 33 and study social work. In my spare time I enjoy going to gigs (emo, poppunk, rock, hardcore,...), cycling (tricks, road, gravel), sailing, acro, puzzles, petting dogs, doing crafty stuff and spending time with friends.

My flatmate Arno who I lived with for the last 3,5 years is moving in with his girlfriend and Alise who lived with us as a Zwischenmiete since August is moving back to Zürich this month which means there will be someone new moving into the two small rooms as well.
Update: my calm, reflected and lovely friend Marco (38, Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Umweltbundesamt) is gonna move into the two rooms in February. In his free time he plays bass in a band, is learning guitar (at home he’s always practicing both with headphones), does sport and loves spending time with his partner (she’s awesome) and dog Lettie. The plan is that Lettie will also live with us 50% of the time. Lettie is a shy, sensible and really sweet dog. ♥️
Marco said he values open and honest communication & harmony, he doesn’t take himself too serious and is empathetic. I would also describe him as very calm, emotionally intelligent, self reflected, socially aware, curious & interested.

We would love to have someone move in who is interested in community / becoming more like chosen family rather than just a flatmate you see every now and then.

Only suitable for non smokers. And if alcohol and/or drugs play an important role in your life this might not be a good fit.
Cats won't work as I'm allergic.
