Public transport is excellent: U5 (Frankfurter Tor) is approx. 5 minutes away, making it easy to reach Alexanderplatz (20 ish minutes)
Ostbahnhof, and the rest of the city quickly. Theres also the M21 right outside the house aswell as the M10.
Warschauer Str. Is also very accessible by both foot and tram (1-2 stops by tram).

The area is lively and convenient — you’ll find everything you need within walking distance: Boxhagener Platz, RAW-Gelände, Spree river, parks etc.

As for the Supermarkets theres an Edeka 1 min away where the M21 is, aswell as Rewe/Lidl less than 10 mins away on foot.
