hello everyone... :)

my flatmate is moving away, so her room will be free for the next 3 - 6 months (there is the possibility for a longterm stay too)

I'm looking for someone reliable, but still with a friendly and warm personality!
someone who likes to smile and is interested to keep a calm, friendly and cosy home and good contact to each other! No moody people please...

(if you are a cat owner, please also apply...I could imagine living with a cat again)

The room itself is sunny and very bright, has 18sqm and is in a quiet street! Ostkreuz is the nearest station, so you have the fastest connection to everywhere in the city. the room can be empty or with basic furnitures, if you need...
Also there is a supermarket across the street, open till 10pm every day :)

the rent is 565 euros per month with all costs included, and there is a 400 euros deposit/kaution...but Anmeldung/Registration is NOT possible!!
