Room On The Bright Side of The Moon

in a friendly international flat, big sunny kitchen, big bathroom, Altbau, 4th floor (elevator),
Centrally located in the colourful, young Friedrichshain. The room is 25 sqm big. It is furnished with, a long 4-seater couch. desk, chair, closet (on fotos) and a large shelf, 2 cabinets and a bed (1,4m wide). (update of fotos in progress)
All amenities are In the house, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, central-heating. Household runs on renewable energy from water power and eco detergents are used for cleaning (included). The appartment is clean. There is weekly professional cleaning of the shared spaces.
Friendly, respectful flatmates, self developers, one vegan athlete, one conscious entrepreneur looking for someone interesting. We speak German, English, some French, some Thai. (We are open towards food choices, if you're not vegan, no problem).
Outside are deli, cafes, restaurants, bars, lots of culinary choices, 3 authentic Thais in the neighbourhood (!), 3 cinemas etc. Public transport is very close - gets you everywhere fast. Walking Distance to Berghain. We got a 24/7 cornerstore / food place downstairs. - just take the elevator down + letter drop box also right there.
Weekly house cleaning as well as detergents and many household items are included. Allround-No-Worries Package, so to say. 😊
