The room is about 17qm looking towards the yard, so very quite even though it is in the center of the a very busy neighborhood. Youre not paying that quite steep price for the room, but for the entire appartment!
The Bathroom & Kitchen are completly new and have only been used for 2 days. The Living room is very big, furnished with a great couch and a table & the kitchen has everything you could ask for to cook.
There is a balkony looking down on a quite busy street, great for people watching and chilling in the evening.
Your room would be fully furnished with a bed, a sidestand, a clothing rack, a dresser as well as a mirror. As said before, i jsut moved in, so you can feel free to furnish and put up everything you want.
The appartment is in Kopernikusstraße, really close to Boxhagener Platz. You are basically surrounded by bars and great restaurants. Its about a 7 minute walk to S&U Warschauer, Ostkreuz is about 4 Minutes by bike, and the M13 stops exactly infront of the door.
The neighborhood is quite hip, RAW is around the corner, quite a few clubs are wihtin walking distance, and REWE as well as Aldi are a 5 minute walk.
You'd be living with me, a 23 year old guy. I've lived in several flatshares before and i dont mind at all. I enjoy haning out wiht roommates, cooking together, going out together, but all in a respectful manner where you understand if somebody doesnt feel like hanging or coming out.
Its a very relaxed atmosphere and i work alot, so full time employed people would be preffered.

(please excuse that the pictures arent too good, i just moved in and i wasnt finished furnishing the living room just yet. There's a TV up now in front of the Couch for some Netflix or the occasional Fifa derby.)
