I know how hard it is to find a room. I've spent a lot of time here before. Hope to help you out with my beloved furnished room for 1 month.
-Location is perfect; right at Volkspark Friedrichshain (nice if we have snow?). 10 min away from Alexanderplatz and 15 min away from Warschauer. m10 right in front of the door m4 around the corner and the s bahn Greifswalderst. is a few streets away. Supermarket Rewe is 2 min away but if you like cheap cheap Lidl you walk a little further down.
-Its a renovated 'alt bau' flat with nice wooden floors (who doesnt love them?). and a new kitchen. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Basic but clean!
-Also, all my stuff will be out!
-You'll be living with Aneta (27). She's a hardworking + clean chick and likes her nights cozy and quiet.
****It's on short notice so i'll invite you ASAP. Also the room is originally my friend's but she's currently having wild adventures in Latin America. If you could bring a copy of your passport that'll be amazing for her.
