The rent is incredibly fair and the room is really charming.
Please mind that it is important that you are either a student or you can prove that you have a low income.
About the room:
Your room is in the second floor.
The room already has a desk and a Hochbett that was built perfectly into the room and should also stay like this. Also shelves for books and storage room is available and you will have a big shelf in the hallway for your stuff.
There is also a new wooden shelf that fits well in the corner that I would like to have 10€.
We have two bathrooms, one living room in which you can always hang out if you want a change from your room and a kitchen.
We also have a private basement and laundry room and even a little party/guestroom that is only accessible for us😊
The WG-House is a duplex Flat directly next to Gesundbrunnen Center and has two floors. Your room is in the second floor. The WG flat is truly special and a very rare cosy and spacious place.
Connection is very well: We have the U8 station Gesundbrunnen, Ringbahn, Lots of Sbahn Long distance trains and busses just 2 min walking away so it is very well connected.
You will be living with 8 other lovely open minded colorful and creative people that all do their own thing but we are definitely not a Zweck-WG so it’s important that you also want to engage to WG actions from time to time. We have a monthly WG session in which we discuss everything important and also have a beer together and sometimes those evenings can also turn into a party.
it should be clear that in a big WG like this everyone removes their things directly especially in the kitchen and keeps everything clean.
We also have a cleaning schedule that works pretty well and a WG cash that covers cleaning products and shared stuff in general (spices, oil, potatoes, onions, bread etc.) which is 12€ extra a month.
The current rent is 187€ but might be slightly higher as the total rent goes up every year.
