Hello everybody!
My name is Fotis and I am looking for a flatmate!
From the 6th of December I am offering a very spacious and bright room just in the corner of Kudamm. The room is furnished: there will be a bed, a closet and a small library. You can bring your own furniture too.
The room is also available for couples but then the rent will be 650 due to the extra heat and electricity expences.
The appartment is 90m² and has a nice big living room with a tv and a dining table, a big kitchen fully equipped, a small strorage room and off course a bathroom!
The appartment is in a nice quiet street but just in the corner of Kudamm where you can find many supermarkets and shops as well as coffee and dining places. The neighborhood is very safe and there are many small parks!
There are many public transport options nearby:
-Ringbahn & U7 (8 minutes walk)
-M29/M19 (2 minutes walk)
- and if you are a student at the FU there is the 110 bus (3 minutes walk) that will take you there in just 15 minutes!
Some things about me: I am 30 years old and I come from Greece. I am working as a chef in an Egyptian restaurant. I work quite a lot and I enjoy a nice friendly living environment!
