it's about sharing some workspace/project rooms with a private room.
i appreciate someone decent, to hang out with but also, privacy should be possible..
half the week you'll be alone and can use the whole place.
half the week i'll be there in the living room to organize stuff, play the piano or guitar quietly or
think or talk with you the whole night through.
or meet people and cook together.
i am sure we can wangle out some compromise..
you can also join me to my farm-project outside the city, which is my halftime-passion..
some facts on the place you want to rent:
the room is around 50m² with a lot of space, the whole space 120m².
i'm thinking of 500 euro, depending on your use and possibilities.
you can rent either for living during this time,
or just as atelier (which is cheaper, also long term options when we talk about - much appreciated!!! actually i am also open for long term cooperation on organizing the space)
there is also a cosy living room, which i'm gonna use half the week.
there is space and atmosphere for creative work. (not too loud please)
and a piano.
some things to consider
the shower is cold- but there's a sport studio very close and very cheap, with yoga, sauna..
there's no internet here. i love independence :) (try that, it's soo good)
kitchen with full equipment.
beautiful area, close to the park.
you will hardly find a more cosy space to be inspired.. i promise.
it is loaded with good vibes. and plants that need some water from time to time.
a and i have a dog - quite a sweet foxy thing. he won't bother you much,
if you don't have allergy..
