Dear all, are for rent three rooms of a 3 rooms shared flat in Kreuzberg-Tempelhof (Berlin).
The middle-size room is 19 sqm.
400 € rent per month + cost for living (70 € included electricity, internet, heating + water, tv tax)
Moving day: 1st of August 2017
The large-size room is 24 sqm. In the room is included a balcony of 2 sqm, very silent (is on the backyard).
470 € rent per month + cost for living (70 € included electricity, internet, heating + water)

You will have a regular contract, of 3 months with possibility of longer time or long-term extension.

The rooms are in a 93 sqm spacious altbau (historic building) apartment on the 1th floor, with 3 rooms.
To the common rooms belongs: a furnished kitchen (9 sum); a furnished bathroom (8 sqm) with bath tub; and the corridor (17 sqm).
The flat is really quiet, all the windows are to the backyard, where there is a nice wild and silent garden.
Construction works on the roof of the house will probably happen soon or later and it could
cause some disconfort, like noise and dust. But so far they didn’t start and is not sure that they will ever do.

Situated very central: the historic Tempelhof Airport is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment (in case if you need morning jogging).
Is also just a 15 minutes walk from Bergmannstraße, which is mentioned in most tour guide books, for lovely cafes, shopping and nice international restaurants. You'll profit from the interesting, young, international, lively scenery, but you won’t feel the touristic razzle-dazzle, since the flat is really quiet.
There are many shops and services of all kinds nearby: just exit the house and you'll find bars and cafes, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, a mini-market selling all kind of vegetables, meet and fish, a bio shop selling organic and vegan products, a florist, a bank, a post-office, a döner kiosk, a hairdresser and many more.
All the necessary is within easy walking distance, car or even bike are not needed.
Is pretty easy to reach any area in Berlin from the apartment.
The bus station (bus line 248) is just in front of the house.
Futhermore, you are just a 1 minute walking from the U-Bhan station Platz der Luftbrücke, line U6, which crosses the city centre in a north-south direction. It is only four stops to the Stadtmitte (city centre) station (Friedrichstraße/Gendarmenmarkt).
