My name is Josh, and I have one room in my 3 Raum WG coming available for May 1. My preferred co-tenant is a gay or gay friendly man between 20 and 45-years-old. Already here are myself, a working professional, and a student attending the Humboldt University.
The flat is on a quiet residential street in Kreuzberg with easy access to the U1 Hallesches Tor, as well as the Anhalter Bahnhof S-Bahn station. Within walking distance are a Lidl and an Edeka. There is also a Sparkasse bank machine and a branch of the Deutsches Bank within walking distance.
Other costs besides the 534 EUR monthly rent (incl. Nebenkosten) are 48.33 EUR per month for Electricity, and approx. 16 EUR per month for Internet. That brings the monthly rent, all in, to about 600 EUR.
For this you get the flat's largest room with plenty of sunlight, a lovely hardwood floor, and plenty of space for a home office setup.

You will need to sign an Untermietvertrag with the principal Tenant. Electricity Costs (Vattenfall) come to 48.33 EUR per month, and Internet Costs (Vodafone) come to approx. 8 EUR per month.
