Fully furnished room in Kreuzberg for short term (Y)

Hey!

We are subletting one fully furnished room in our beautiful apartment in Kreuzberg for short term (about 3 months)! We are looking for someone 24 to 29 years-old to take the room, which is 22 square meters large and very bright. The room has a bed, wardbrobe, shelves, table, chair, armchair and TV. You will be living with another flatmate (a girl) and me (I’m a music composer).

The flat lies in the heart of the sought-after Bergmannkiez of Kreuzberg, in other words in the center of Berlin. There are a lot of nice restaurants, bars and beautiful shops close by. It’s also very close to underground station U7 Gneisenaustrasse (2 minutes walk), U6 Mehringdamm (5 minutes walk) and a couple of bus stations, so you can reach all important areas like Mitte (e. g. Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse), Neukölln, Prenzlauer Berg and also West-Berlin (e. g. Zoologischer Garten) within the blink of an eye, even by bike. We have a second guest bathroom, a fast internet connection, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an elevator in the building and a cleaning lady for the communal areas (large bathroom, small bathroom, hall, kitchen).

You should have flatshare experience and be looking for a flat that you would like to be nice and clean. As it’s only short term, no smoking inside. In the flat we speak English. Your room is next to the room of a musician who sometimes practises during the day - so please bear that in mind.

The full rent includes more than usual - money for the cleaning lady, domestic requirements (cleaning utilities, soap, detergent, salt, oil & the little things), Betriebskosten, Rundfunkgebühren, heating, electricity and internet flatrate.
