About the flat:
Around the corner from Ikea Lichtenberg, Neubau building. We'd be a 2 person WG, as it's a 3 room flat. The kitchen is merged with the living room, which has the balcony as well (2m2). Apartment total size 70m2, with Abstelkammer but no basement. It's quite a warm flat, I've never used the heating and in winter I only need a hoodie. As of spring/summer you can be in just shorts and be fine. The building is barriere-frei, the flat is on the 3rd floor (slay elevator). Mostly full of Vietnamese or Ukrainian families. Flat comes with a cat! Her name is Réiltín, she only likes trans people and lesbians.

The room is on the smaller side. Comes with a bedframe (w. storage drawers), mattress, pillows, as well as a desk and chair, some clothes rails, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a lamp.

Connections:
Tram: lines 27 and M17, as well as M6, M8, and 18. You have to take the tram to get to the S Bahn or U Bahn (Stop is Friedrichsfelde Ost, Karlshorst, or Tierpark).

Stuff nearby:
Not much, it's quite residential. There is an imbiss 2 min away. At the bottom of our street is the north entrance to Landschaftspark Herzberge, which is really beautiful (they have sheep!). Also in the park is KEH, which is convenient for those of us medically inclined. Netto 10 min walk away, 3-4 on bike. Edeka, Penny and post office at F. Ost, 5 mins on tram, 7 min bike.

About me:
I'm 25, white autistic non-binary lesbian. Special interest in fashion, though I love films as well. I spend most of my time making art of various kinds (lino prints, knitting, sewing), or doing community work. Employed at a corporation so I spend most week days out of the house until about 17. Very happy to partake in mutual aid. Leftist & Covid conscious (masking on transport and in shops). Prefer non-hard-drug users. I eat meat sometimes, but am used to living with people with dietary restrictions and support needs. Not a big yapper, will happily listen to others yap. Languages: English, German, Spanish.

Final details:
Anmeldung is not ideal but could be negotiated if completely needed. Depending on how the year goes I could be moving out later in the year so the room/whole flat could be available indefinitely. I don't mind if you're a party person but I prefer hard drugs etc. to stay outside the flat. Rent is 550 warm/everything included.
