Hi there!

I’m leaving to southamerica for 2 months and I am subletting my beautiful room in a 4 bedroom apartment right by the Hackescher Markt.

The flat is located super central. +/- 5mins walk to Ubahn, Sbahn and tram.

There are many restaurant and shops right in our street and every tuesday and thursday there is a streetfood market.

The monbijou park is within 5mins walk which is perfect for a lovely walk. Also the supermarkets edeka and rewe are very close by.

On the pictures are some boxes to see, it’s because now we will be living by 2 people instead of 3 and we still have to furnish the living room and the study room.

For my room - I am still waiting for my warderobe to arrive but when you come, it’ll all be set.

About the flat:
We have 1 big bathroom with bathing tub & shower.
1 extra toilet.
1 study room
1 living room (it will be furnished in january)
A kitchen with an air fryer, soda stream and kettle as well as all the amenties that you can use:)

You’ll be sharing the flat with my lovely housemate. She is a working professional (marketing manager) 28yrs old and mostly at the office at weekdays.

I am looking for someone who will treat my room and the flat respectfully and is clean, friendly, and considerate, and who will enjoy living in a cozy, central Berlin apartment. ❤️
