IDEAL FOR young/old PROFESSIONALS searching for privacy & silence !!!
This really calm and lovely guest room makes part of a a huge flat and is situated in the northwest of Berlin in the neighborhood of Wedding, a really popular spot in Berlin. Right across the building you will have a supermarket, italian restaurants, cafés and a nice park. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Kurfürstendamm (Berlin's famous shopping area). It's a 3 minutes walking distance to the Subway/Metro from the apartment.
Not only the Kurfürstendamm is close with all stores/brands you can think of. Also Hackescher Markt as well as Alexanderplatz is 15-20 min far by Subway/Metro. You take the Train U9 from the apartment and you will get to the most popular places in Berlin pretty fast.
The offer covers the calm and comfortable guest room (WIFI, TV, DVD player included), one bathroom and a shared kitchen with a dining table --- all equipment is there! The guest room is up to 2 sleeps. Very good for young people --- particularly couples. It's all furnished! You go through the pictures and you will see!
Important Note:
My Brother = Roommate, is living on the left side of the apartment with his own bathroom. The kitchen is a shared one. In case my bro's there, you will not even recognize him, because the vaste isle and the entrance seperates you from his side of the apartment. Anyway - you still have your privacy!
FROM THE AIRPORT:
1) Flughafen Schönefeld: you can take a train S9 or S46 to get to the City Center, best would be the RINGBAHN S41/42 to Westhafen. From there its just one stop to U9 Amrumer Strasse (costs: 3,50€).
2) Flughafen Tegel: you can easily take a bus (costs: 2,80€) that takes you to S/U Zoologischer Garten. From there you take the U9 to Amrumer Strasse as well.
Taxi/UBER only recommended from Flughafen Tegel, round about 15,00€.

There are 5 different districts in Berlin that you have to go to, Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Neukölln & Wedding are full of very good restaurants and pubs/bars and clubs.

We're 2 roommates, one working, one studying, and covering the two spacially separate parts of the huge 110m² apartment, containing 2 bathrooms and two balconies. The kitchen is a shared one. Most of time we're both travelling as well, in that case the guestroom and its surroundings will be private for sure. In case we're there, you will certainly spend cool moments with us unproblematic and open minded guys.

Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind gleich in größerer Anzahl vorhanden. Der Hauswart ist zu nahezu jeder Zeit telefonisch erreichbar und leistet bei Pannen oder Defekten im Rahmen der Genossenschaftsarbeit Unterstützung. Auch die Nachbarschaft selbst ist recht angenehm, ruhig, freundlich und insgesamt umgänglich. Es gibt keinerlei Potential für Lärmbelästigungen im gesamten Wohnumfeld des Wohnobjekts.
