Hello.
I'm looking for someone who can take a good care of my beautiful room / flat in Mitte area.
It is newly renovated with gorgeous fully equipped kitchen (wall mounted Microwave, an oven, dishwasher, 4 heating plate with powerful hood), toilet with a separated rain shower booth and a bathtub and a balcony to the courtyard garden.
I'm a Korean Architect who just moved in to Berlin for a job
but traveling 2 week to my country.
Currently I'm living with a cool guy from Columbia.
I'm not fluent in German but the your flatmate will be.
I always try to keep my flat neat and tidy.
We like to cook a lot and would love to share a good meal with friends but not interested having a party in the flat. (home is a place to rest)
I've prepared a bed with a brand new duvet and pillows, a cloth hanger, a wide desk and 2 chairs, 2 beach chairs(?)and a small drawer.
And of course you can use all the kitchen wares.
And we have a very fast internet (100Mb/sec)
Unfortunately we could not have a pet in the house. and smoking is allowed in the balcony.
