As everyone's asking: Yes, ANMELDUNG (registration) is possible. :)
The fully furnished room (inlcuding a double bed, desk with chair, a large wardrobe, clothes rail, bookshelves) has around 14 sq m. It's very bright in the room due to three large windows and it's relatively quiet there. As it's on the top floor of the house you have a great view all over the city.
The whole flat has around 63 sq m and there's a bathroom with a shower and a washing maschine.
The kitchen and living area is quite spacious. There is a dish washer as well.

The flat has a very central location. It's directly at S+U Jannowitzbrücke (S3, S5, S7, S9; U8; Bus 300). Alexanderplatz (S3, S5, S7, S9; U2, U5, U8 und regional trains; Bus 100, 200, 245, 248, 300; Tram M4, M5, M6) is in walking distance (less than 10 minutes). Also, the stations U Heinrich-Heine-Str. (U8), U Klosterstr. (U2), U Märkisches Museum (U2) are all within a 10-minute walking distance.
There's a netto right around the corner and an Edeka in the Alexa shopping center nearby. Also, there are a lot of shops around Alexanderplatz.

As it's only gonna be you and me living in the flat, the way of living together highly depends on you.
I have been living in shared flats for more than six years now and I've lived together with a lot of diverse people. I've spent my last two years studying in Budapest and now I am living and working in Berlin. I'm an open-minded, friendly and talkative person and I hope to find someone similar as my flatmate. I'm interested in a lot of stuff, especially politics, and love discussing it for hours. Also, I love card games.
For our shared flat I hope to find someone who's relaxed and honest. Also, I'm looking for someone who's up for activities like cooking or exploring the city together. On some weekends my sister will come to visit, on other weekends I might be visiting my family that also lives in Berlin and nearby. Also, I love going to museums and exhibitions and I'm always happy if I find someone I can drag there with me.
It's important to me that the common areas (kitchen, living area, bathroom) are clean and I won't have to pick up after you so ideally you have a sense of tidiness and already had some experience living in shared flats. Also, there won't be any big parties at the flat as Berlin offers enough other locations outside if you wanna celebrate. And there's a no-drug policy. Apart from that, I'm a very laid-back person when it comes to living in a shared flat.

The cost for the room (480 EUR per month) include everything, also wifi.
We will have to share the GEZ-fees though. (The GEZ is the fee collection center of public-law broadcasting institutions in the Federal Republic of Germany, it's a very German thing, I think right now it's around 50 EUR for three months which we will share.)
I'm looking forward to your message. Please tell me something about yourself, you can also send me links to your social media profiles if you want to). Generally I'm looking for someone with a regular daily routine who's willing to stay long-term. Maybe someone who has recently started working as well but of course you can also text me if you're a student or if you're in Berlin for an internship or Erasmus. You should be willing to stay at least a half year though. The most important thing for me is that we "click" so we'll get along while sharing the flat. When contacting me, please write your favorite drink in the beginning of your message so I can be sure you've actually read this.
As I'm looking for someone from the beginning of October, I'm planning to have people visiting the flat in September, preferably in the first two weeks of the month.
