I am looking for a friendly Tenant for my 3 room apartment in Berlin. Your room is about 20 square meters and furnished. The furniture should stay inside as much as possible (1 cupboard, 2 shelves, 1 TV table, 1 desk, 1 TV cupboard, sofa bed), although I do not ask for a replacement.
The room is quiet as it has a beautiful window front to the inner courtyard.
In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom, which are already fully equipped. (Washing machine, bathtub, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, TK and everything that goes with it..if you a student or are you becoming one now and are you looking for a cheap room close to the university with a bit of comfort?
Then you should stop by. We still have a free room.
The rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk + chair, wardrobe) and have an internet and telephone flat rate. Since electricity costs are also included, there are no additional costs.
We have a large area for partying and a foosball table in the basement!

CHAUSSESTRASSE AND FRIEDRICHSTRASSE WITH THEIR NIGHTLIFE AND NICE SHOPS. KASTANIENALLEE CAN BE REACHED BY BICYCLE IN 15 MINUTES. RECOMMENDED FOR HU, CHARITè, UdK AND TU STUDENTS!
