Hey Peeps,
my name is Leschek (33), I'm a freelance sound engineer / camera assistant, mostly working for TV, living in Neukölln since 2011. My flatmate moved out, so you can grab a 17qm room for youself. It's to the backyard, therefore the most quiet room here. there is also a smaller third room, I'm open up to ideas how to share and use it.
Unfortunately it's not a fancy Altbauwohnung, the doors and toilet-flush are quite noisy, but at least you can't hear any neighbours or the street. We are also located in the 1-1/2 floor, so it's dark as hell, and closing windows when nobody is at home should be routine. The landlord complains about people not properly separating trash, so it would be nice if you could help keeping him calm, too :) I like to be environmental in some ways, having Naturstrom, trying to buy responsible if possible, things like that.
So what about me? I'm currently trying to reorganize my life, changing activities, getting shit done, enjoying the summer as long as possible. In the past I liked to help a theatre club and party commision, waste my time on nerdy computer games, chill in the nature, discover new music, get better at Lindy Hop and swimming, or tried to understand philosophy. I mostly eat vegan, if we want to share food.
A clean flat would be cool, like no street shoes walking inside. There shouldn't be any smoking inside the flat. Although I consider myself a non-smoker, I ocassionally smoke out of the window, hope it's ok. But I'm easy going, and always open up to new rules or adjustments, if anybody feels uncomfortable about something here. I like to be an honest, respectful, considerate and open minded person towards others in life, and hope you think a bit the same way. So, I'm curious to hear something about you. What is important to you, what should I know about your likes or dislikes? Why and how do you want to live in a flatshare? Do you share activities, what kind of, or are you doing stuff more on your own? I would also like to hear some words about your vices, so I know you have read this here. People without any negatives aren't considered trustworthy ;)
Don't forget to tell me when you would like to move in, and for how long you want to stay (limited/unlimited time). The room will be unfurnished, if that's a problem, we can find a solution. I will start visits from Wednesday, please write me some possible times you could come around (or a different day), and I will try to manage as much requests as possible.
