We are looking for an easy-going person/couple to rent the biggest room of our beautiful 2-room flat. This is ideal for someone who just arrived in Berlin as the flat is fully furnished but temporary. Registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
25 m2 in a typical Berlin 2-room flat (parquet floor, high ceilings, balcony), very well situated in Schillerkiez, just 100m from the main entrance of Tempelhofer Feld. It is nice and furnished with a high bed (1m40), 2 armchairs, a piano, a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equiped, you don't need to bring anything. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing and drying machine.
I live there occasionally and mainly use the small room to work so most of the time you will have the flat on your own. The neighbourhood is very nice, quiet and central at the same time.

Lage
You'll live less that 100m from the main entrance of Tempelhofer Feld, the biggest urban park in Europe.
The flat is in the main street of the district where you have lots of nice cafes, restaurants and bars, cinemas, but this part of the street is very quiet. Many supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away and there is a nice market on Saturdays less than 100 meters away.
U8 Boddin str is about a 7min walk.
1 station from Hermannstr., 7 stations from Alexanderplatz.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Vorderhaus in der Herrfurthstraße zwischen Herrfurthplatz und dem Haupteingang vom Tempelhofer Feld. Die Lage ist optimal, besonders im Sommer, sowohl ruhig als mittendrin!
Nur 100 m bis zum Tempelhofer Feld, 500m zur Hasenheide, weniger als 5 Minuten zu (Super)märkten, vielen Bars und Cafés in der Straße.
