If you are between 25 - 40 years old, a respectful and friendly male and have an afinity for the languages we speak in this household and the fact there is a dog present, then you might be the candidate we are definitely looking for!
Your new home is situated within short walking distance from public transports
( 2 mins. from the underground-lines U7 and 5 mins. from U8).
One day, three years ago with its first tennant, the room's name came around here and never left us again:
The Foxes' Den.
The story of this room's name originally comes from the saying: "THERE IS NO ATHEIST IN A FOXES' DEN!"
The room has been home to many a creative soul and the mood up here is that of a bohemian loft.
No matter, rain or storm, the weather up here never changes, kind of like on Aida the Cruise Ship, asail in the seas of Neukölln.
Your room is quiet and spacious due to its shape and is equipped with a king - sized bed, a mirror, various lights, a clothes stand, as well as a bookrack. Should you want to work from home-office, you will kindly be asked to organize a workingtable in order to work from your room, since the kitchen is common ground and is a place for cooking, lounging, etc.
That may offer and open you the initiative plus the freedom to add on and express yourself in your room and create your own little kingdom! Maybe you have a bit of furniture allready and that might be just the place to accomodate it. We also have a cellar to store belongings.
As the rest of the flat, this room enjoys sun all day long and is comfortable and cozy. Since the new windows have been completed we generally have more quiet and more warmth in the rooms. To add to the cozyness we have a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a balcony agoined to my room, so there is that possibility for eating and the occasional glass of wine with a good view on the ' Corso Flughafen ' from up there.
To keep potential burglers at bay and us positive company there is a truffel-hunting-dog:
a full family member of mine.
She likes to hang around the kitchen, where there is always something sizzlig in the pot.
It might be positive if you bring an afinity for animals in general and dogs in particular and add that angel to your family should you move in here!
The convenience of such a locality is selfexplanatory!

The Street we live in is vibrant and exciting, it has a fascinating life of its own.
It's a melting-pot for people and arts, thrilling and ever-changing, without it loosing it's identity as a legendary
Neukölln-Kiez.
It is a high comodity living here: you can take it quite easy with the shopping, as the flat is alocated to various shopping facilities including a shopping-center at the corner, that has shops open until 10 pm- so: Namaste! -no rush!
Within 10 mins you reach the legendary Tempelhoferfeld, a young, recreational, spacious ground of old historic significance. You can open your energies and your gaze with the quality of a sun and star gazer.
With the exception of the Covid Lockdown right now and so many locations and shops closed , there is normaly a wide range of shopping-stores to choose from. Whether it be boutiques, drugstores, a huge, well stocked supermarket, biological foods, pharmacy, doctors, a fitness-center, restos and fastfoodchains, your individual wish will be accomodated to.
Should you choose to spend your night out, then there are all-night-buses just a step away to get you home safe even during the week. If you choose to stay 'home', that means just within walking distance from Flughafenstr., you have many international foods and beverages, fancy bars, cafes and discos around the block. Of course once we should return from lockdowns to normality again.
Personally I believe we will get through this with some important restrictions and care and finally evolve and rise to be a changed, but stronger world!
We are looking for a hopeful, positive and friendly person who not only houses here but fills it with personality, hope and good intentions!
Please respect the fact that there is a cleaning plan and chores will be divided evenly, as costs for cleaning utensils and toiletpaper.
