Hi, im Melissa i live in Berlin for more than 7 years, and i have a free bedroom in my 80m2 flat. The flat has 2 separate bedrooms and one separated living room & dining room plus a big balcony, and one separated kitchen.
Entry Date should be 01.01.2024 and staying for up to 6months max )can be also less than 6months.
The bedroom is furnished and the kitchen equipped as well. Also the bathroom has a bathtub. TV in the shared living room as well :) .
The flat has a lot of lighting everywhere and i love plants so there is green everywhere too.
About me:
I love to practice yoga & sports, meditation, I don't smoke, work 4 days per week (at the moment working sometimes from home and sometimes from the office 9-6pm monday to thursday in a really quiet way meaning you could still enjoy the shared spaces ;) ), enjoy spending time with my friends & in nature. I'm not a super party person :) more into bars :)

The building has also a nice shared garden with a ping pong table.
The Bedroom comes with: bed, regal, closet, lamp, bed linen included but if you have your own furniture you could use it too.
The neighborhood is amazing you have all you need supermarkets Real,Lidl, Rewe all within walking distance. Nice restaurants, bars, gyms, parks, pools, just around the corner.
