Zwischenmiete in Neukölln/ Short-term sublet in Neukölln

Hej lieber Mensch,

wir suchen eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für unsere gemütliche WG im südlichen Neukölln. Weil zwei von uns in den Urlaub fahren und sich das ganze eine Woche überschneidet, vermieten wir gemeinsam - insgesamt drei Wochen. Du würdest erst zwei Wochen im großen 18qm-Zimmer wohnen und ab dem 9. April im kleineren, aber ruhigeren Zimmer. Beide Zimmer sind voll möbliert und gemütlich.

Kosten: 300€ alles inklusive.

Ein paar Facts zur Butze:
Lage: Hannemannstr. 77 in Neukölln/Britz (Lass dich von der "außerhalb des Rings-Lage" nicht abschrecken - Britz kommt!: Vor der Haustür fährt alle fünf Minuten ein Bus zur U8/Ring Hermannstr. und die U7 ist in 9 Min zu Fuß erreicht - smart unterwegs bist du natürlich mit dem Rad)


Fun-Facts: toller Balkon zum Hinterhof (geht von der Küche ab), große Wohnküche,, viel Küchenequipment und zwei tolle Mitbewohnis-->

Levke (wohnt im kleinen Zimmer und ist noch bis Ostern da): Ich mag Essen und Bewegung, arbeite in einer Bar, fahre viel Rad und zocke in einem Frauen-Fußballverein. Ich mache momentan ein Praktikum bei einer Anältin.

Und Krisi (wohnt im großen Zimmer und kommt erst am 9. April zurück): Ich mache gerade meinen Master in Lateinamerikastudien, arbeite als studentische Hilfskraft, mache Yoga und liebe Kochen.

Felix (wird wohl mehr oder weniger die ganze Zeit da sein): unser neuer Mitbewohner, ist Doktorand der Psychologie, liebt Sport und zeiht nächste Woche ein.

Wäre schön, wenn du auch in deiner kurzen Zeit bei uns Lust auf Begegnung hast.
Falls die Daten für dich nicht ganz passen und du gerne ein-zwei Tage früher kommen oder später gehen magst, können wir gemeinsam bestimmt eine Lösung finden!

Hey there,

our comfortable shared flat in Neukölln is looking for someone for a shortterm sublet. Two of us are gonne be on vacation and will sublet our rooms together - for a total of 3 weeks. In the beginning, you'd be staying in a bigger room and would change to the smaller (but quieter) one for the last week. Both rooms are fully furnished and very cosy.

The flat is located in Neukölln/Britz and, although it's slightly outside the "Ring", it is very well connected with public transportation. During the day, a bus, leaving every 5 minutes, will take you tu S/U Hermannstraße where you could take U8 or S-Bahn. Also, U7 Blaschkoallee is only a 7-minutes walk away.

We do have a really nice balcony, a huge kitchen/living room with loads of stuff for cooking, a variety of board games and space tojust hang around.

You'd be living with:

Levke (living in the smallest room) whose gonna be there the first week (til easter) and who is currently doing an internship. She likes food, movement, plays soccer and goes everywhere by bike.

Krisi (living in the biggest room) will be there from April 9th on. She's doing her master's in Latin American STudies and working as a student assistent, loves yoga and cooking.

Felix: our new roomie, will move in next week. He's starting his PhD in Psychology and loves sports.

Although 3 weeks is a very short period of time, it'd be great if you were open for social encounter.
In case you need to have a place either 1-2 days earlier or want to stay longer, we're sure to find a solution for that.
