Hi there!
Yes, Anmeldung is possible!
The room has been upgraded with a hochbett by a previous tenant, when she moved out, she charged the next guy the costs of building it.
Now the same will apply to you. You pay the previous guy the cost of the hoghbett.
It's now down to 190 euro (was originally 350)
And it really makes sense, in a 9sqm room, you would want or need one anyway.
Check the last 3 pics to see the hoghbett.
Everything is included -water and electricity, except for internet (50Mbit/s) that's 15EUR/month.
The flat is well-equipped with dishwasher (needs to be repaired), washing machine, Nespresso machine, ... (we could use more pots and pans, though)
It comes unfurnished, but if you want, we have a single mattress available.
You still need a lattenrost, though.
The apartment is well-connected (2min to Hermannstrase station)
and just next to Tempelhofer Feld. Supermarkets, Spätis, everything you need to survive close by.
One of the tenants (F, 27yo) lives in the big room, works full time (-ish, pre-Covid) for a fitness company.
And me (M, 39yo), I work(ed) as a tourguide (pre-Covid) and translator.
I work from home full time now.
As my craziest party years have gone by, I'm looking for someone like-minded who doesn't turn day into night too often (no spontaneous after parties!), has a focus on work of whatever kind, but still pursues and maintains a somewhat creative lifestyle...
(Unlike most flats, I DO welcome artists! But non-creatives are super welcome as well!)
But since many of you don't read these apartment descriptions anyways, we'll just have to meet and see. In case you did read until here, congratulations — tell me something about yourself, and we take it from there.
Cheers!
Chris
