Hi guys,
i´m renting a furnished room with balcony at beautiful Richard Kiez in the Heart of Neukölln free from 1st of October 2021.
The Flat is well located in a small and quite street in the district of Neukölln-Rixdorf.
Richardplatz itself is the oldest part of Neukölln-Rixdorf with nice old Houses around, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants and Supermarkets and it´s right between the Streets Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Straße that offer a rich variety of Restaurants from all over the world.
To buy food and the daily needs we have a supermarket that is open from 07:00 till 22:00 o clock and a nearby shopping mall - so i guess you´ll find everything you need ;)
The House is calm and cosy and was built in the last century. The Flat is a two room Apartment with a big kitchen including a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
The room for rent has a size of ca. 22 m2 with sight to the calm street and a balcony. I'll rent the room furnished with a big bed, two wardrobes, a desk and office chair, and a cosy couch.
I´m a laid-back person, open-minded, cosmopolitan and have a big interest in good food, music, art and like to be in nature as much as i can.
I´m looking for a calm and responsible person - no party people at all.
The Room is only for one Person to rent!
No pets allowed!
I have a 6 year old daughter, that stays with me two weekends a month, and every Friday evening, so kids should not be a problem for you. But in case you are worried now, you will not get in touch so much with her, so no worries ;)
