Hey !
We are renting out the small room in our 3-room shared flat from the 1st February until the 31st June. The room is about 10m2, but has a lot of natural light, a very big (and super comfortable) bed, and big wardrobe. It's facing the inner courtyard (Hinterhof) so it is very quiet, which means you can get a very good rest at night even though the flat is on the noisy Karl Marx Strasse. The kitchen has all necessary utilities (and more), including a very nice coffee machine, and a little wall table where we sometimes eat together and have a chat. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. The price is 450 everything included.

About us: You would be living with Clara (24) and I (Laura, 27), we are two predoctoral/ PhD researchers here in Berlin, working on political science/political philosophy. The atmosphere in the flat is very cosy and familiar; we have been friends for some time before moving in. We both have independent lifestyles but also hang out together in the flat and outside. During the week the rhythm at home is calm and laid-back with the regular working hours; on the weekend there is more movement and we might have some people coming in and out occasionally for a dinner or cinema session, but in any case we are respectful with each other's times and spaces. Common languages in the flat are English and Spanish, although we both separately also speak Arabic and Portuguese, and French and German.
The flat is on Karl Marx Strasse 28, a 3 min walk from Hermannplatz U-Bahn, 5 minute walk to supermarkets (Aldi and Rewe), and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the Neukölln neighborhood.
