Cozy room in Neukolln / Alt Treptow near Lohmulenbrucke in a well-kept and clean ground floor apartment.
Looking for someone to stay from 7 May - 1 June 2022 initially, with potential for further sublet.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, and a balcony overlooking the canal. All costs are included in the rent, including bills + internet.
The flat will be shared with another full-time professional aged 35 - he is a chef that works mostly away from home and sometimes home office. We would like someone between 25 and 40 years old. The kitchen, living room/balcony, and bathroom for the apartment are shared, but your room will be private. Very nice environment and good vibes. No party people, my flat mate is retired!
