The Room:
The bedroom is very spacious with big windows. It has a balcony with a view of the street. The bedroom also includes a set of furniture: a very comfortable bed, a sofa bed for your guests and a desk which is perfect for working. There is plenty of room to bring additional furniture to the space.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances, a good-sized fridge, and solid natural lighting.

Time period:
We would like the next tenant to stay at least until 31 Dec. Through Jan 2022 is also possible.

Apartment and Life:
The apartment has a separate living room with a corner kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms. You will occupy the larger room.

The other room is occupied by Asia who would like to live with someone who is relaxed, tidy, and open to sharing dinner, watching a movie, or doing your own thing.


Location:
The building is on Hermannstr near the station (S-bahn, U8) and only 10 minutes walk to Templehofer Park.

< 5-minute walk to several grocery stores (Rewe, DM, Lidl) as well as a number of Turkish and Arab shops.
