Hello!
I am subletting my room for October with possibility of extension (read below). Looking for someone who treats the place with the love that I do❤️ Girls only / no couples.
Location: Neukolln. U-Bahn Rathaus Neukolln just 3 minutes away. Lidl is around the corner and there are many restaurants and cafes in the area. The street is a bit noisy, but less than 10 minutes away is the canal and Maybachufer, a very nice area for sports, walking, relaxing, watching the sunset and enjoying the bars and restaurants.
The flat is cozy, clean and fully furnished. You will share the flat with 2 flatmates between 20 and 30 years old.
The room is very big and bright and you will have enough space for all your things, so you will feel at home.
DATES: there is maybe the possibility of extending the rental period for November and December. Also, in December one of my flatmates is leaving so there is also the possibility of a long term vacant room. For now, I don't know yet what is going to happen, so I prefer to agree only for the month of October and be flexible for the next months.
