I’m moving out my room and looking for someone who will move in:)
Move in date is 01/04. (If you by my furniture, it can be 30/03)
Anmeldung is possible, but not official rental documents.
Deposit is €1200.
It is located in Pankow.
3-5 minutes walk to the station U-Bahn S-Bahn Pankow.
The room gets a lot of sunlight and you can open the big door and can get fresh air too.
Edeka, Apotheka, dm is so close.
Your roommate will be one guy, who is workjng as a personal trainer.
It is nice area and I don’t want to move out, but due to corona pandemic, I can’t work for a while and need to move to a cheaper place.
The room is partly furnished because I sell my bed, bed frame, desk, chair.
So you can move in 01/04.
But if you buy my furniture (all together €280:I know it is pricey sorry, but matress was expensive and bought all brand new), you could move in 30/03(the date when I move out).
I can send my furniture and receipts for some stuffs photos if you need them too.

You need to exchange passport photo for the security reason.
