Looking for someone neat and organised for a two month, short-term rental of a cozy bright room in a shared flat with one other person, located in Pankow. Monthly rent is 500, all inclusive.
- 3 minutes walk from U2, S2, S8, S85 as well Trams 50, M1 and a few different bus lines like the 155, M27, 250.
- There is an Edeka 3 mins walk, Lidl and Rewe 10 mins walk away.
- Bike parking in the back of the house.
I will be going back home to Kathmandu, Nepal for break and will return mid March. During this time I am looking to rent out my room from 15.01.2022 - 15.03.2022. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, closet and working table. I will free up the closet and one of the bedside table drawers for whoever rents the room.
You would be living with with my flatmate Sarah who is from the U.S. and would share the kitchen and bathroom with her. Additionally, there is a Keller space we share which you could use to store 2-3 boxes if needed. We like to keep the apartment organised, clean and cozy. Both of us are working so we also value keeping the apartment as peaceful and stress-free as possible. This includes being mindful of one another's schedules. Our preference is someone who is also working, organised and respectful of the shared space.
