A beautiful and spacious room will be free for at least one year.
The room is huge with attached balcony. The ceiling is high (approx. 3,25 m) and it has beautiful stuccos.
The flat - so called - BERLINER ALTBAU - has 3 rooms, and depending on my current work I sublet one or two of them.
The third room I keep for myself
The whole house recently went through a complete renovation - so called "Sanierung" and now it looks very nice.
The house is situated in the green district of Berlin with the name Pankow but in walking distance to S-Bahn-Station “Wollankstrasse” - actually you can see the "S-Bahn" from the windows of the kitchen.
By "S-Bahn" it takes you just few minutes to reach international railway stations as for example it is 3 minutes to "Gesundbrunnen"; 12 minutes to “Friedrichstrasse” etc.
The flat itself is from historical value as it is situated directly were once upon a time there was a wall - the WALL that separated East from West. Now there is a beautiful garden.
I am sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Ein großes Zimmer - ca. 25qm., Berliner Altbau mit Stuck, abgeschliffene Dielen, wird zum nächsten Jahr - 2004 frei, vorraussichtlich für die Dauer von einem Jahr.
WICHTIG:
Unbefristete Verträge können mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten gekündigt werden, deswegen kann ich keinen sog. "unbefristeten Vertrag" anbieten, da ich einen Auslandsaufenthalt plane und mich in dieser Zeit vom Ausland nicht um einen Neuvermieutung kümmern möchte.
Die Vertragsfrist sollte mindestens 10 Monate sein, gerne länger.

The house is directly at the S-Bahn-Station “Wollankstrasse”, you can see the "S-Bahn", from the kitchen.
By "S-Bahn" it takes only minutes to reach international railway-stations as for example it is exactly 3 minutes to "Gesundbrunnen"; 12 minutes to “Friedrichstrasse” etc.
Direkt an der S-Bahnstation "Wollankstraße"(in der Nähe vom Mauerpark) an der Grenze zwischen Pankow, Wedding, und Prenzlauer Berg (an der ehemaligen Grenze zwischen Ost und West Berlin).
Die Mauer verlief durch das Grundstück, deswegen wurden die Hinterhäuser abgerissen und jetzt ist es eine Grünfläche, die quasi ein Vorläufer von dem bekannten Mauerpark ist und auf der anderen Seite in den aristokratischen Bürgerpark mündet.

But please do not be disappointed if you don to receive any respond from me - It is certainly not personal and may have many reasons:
- sometimes I receive more than 100 mails which makes it impossible to answer all of them.
There are is also a lot of scam circling around and so called "fake approaches" as once you put your contact details on the net, everybody can approach you with different intentions and after one has gained some experience in subletting one just ignores certain approaches, which is - I admit - purely subjective :-)
I do read all mails and answer those which bare the perspective of continuing a fruitful dialogue, so it is really important that you write shortly about yourself as where you come from and what brings you to Berlin and to my flat - this is the base on which we can continue the dialogue.
