Hallo zusammen!
In meiner Wohnung ist ein 22 qm großes, unmöbliertes Zimmer zu vergeben. Es befindet sich im 4. Stock, geht zum Innenhof raus und ist daher angenehm ruhig, gleichzeitig aber schön hell. Zudem hat es direkten Zugang zum Balkon – perfekt für den Sommer ;)
Zu mir:
Ich bin Jonas, 30 Jahre alt, und arbeite im Bereich Landwirtschaft bei der GIZ (Vollzeit). In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne und regelmäßig Sport, v. a. Laufen, gehe aber auch mal Volleyballspielen, Schwimmen oder Squashspielen und treffe mich gerne mit Freunden. Ich lege viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein entspanntes Zuhause und schätze gutes Essen & Rotwein.
Wen ich suche:
Ich freue mich über eine/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der einen geregelten Alltag hat, für gemeinsame Aktivitäten offen ist (wenn’s passt) und Wert auf ein respektvolles, freundschaftliches und ordentliches Zusammenleben legt.

I’m Jonas, 30 years old, working full-time in the agricultural sector at GIZ. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, mostly running, but also playing volleyball, swimming, or squash. I like spending time with friends, appreciate a clean and relaxed home, and enjoy good food & red wine.
Who I’m looking for:

En mi piso se alquila una habitación de 22 m². Está en el cuarto piso, da al patio interior, por lo que es tranquila, pero sigue siendo luminosa. Además, tiene acceso directo al balcón –perfecto para el verano ;)
sobre mí:
Mi nombre es Jonas, tengo 30 años, trabajo a tiempo completo en el sector agrícola en la GIZ. En mi tiempo libre me gusta hacer deporte con regularidad, sobre todo correr, pero también jugar al voleibol, nadar o jugar al squash. Me encanta pasar tiempo con amigos, valoro un hogar limpio y relajado, y disfruto de la buena comida y el vino tinto.
A quién busco:
Busco un/a compañero/a de piso con una rutina estructurada, que esté abierto/a a hacer cosas juntos (cuando se dé el caso) y que valore un ambiente de convivencia respetuoso, amigable y ordenado.
