I am not sure if anyone still moves houses now during these unusual times but in Berlin you never know.
So for the ones who have to change appartments and are looking for a Corona-shelter, this could be interesting for you:
I got in a free room in my cosy flat in Prenzlauer Berg. The room is super bright with the sun shining in a few hours in the afternoon. I used to rent the room out on Airbnb previously but for some unexplainable reason I don't get bookings lately.
There is all necessary furniture in the room, in case you don't have any. In case you do, there is still quite a bit of space to add more.
The location of the appartment is great, by the way. A lot of survival-relevant locations are very near.
A supermarket, a bio company are next door, and for mental health there is a nice little park opposite the street. I really love this corner up here, now as it is emptier than usually even a bit more.
I work from home these days, like almost everyone. (I am writing on something, and sometimes giving German classes). However, I make it a point to always be out for sports, a walk or meeting friends every day, so we won't be sitting on each other all the time.
Also relevant: I have toilet paper! And even some disinfectant left.
