The apartment has a big balcony in a renovated beginning of the century building (high ceilings, large windows, wooden floors. Two bathrooms (one with shower, one with a bath tub), one is en-suite two the other roommate's room. Kitchen is fully furnished (dishwasher).
Your room is overlooking Greifswalder Str., has a wodden floor, moulded ceiling and a big window. Next to it is a spacious shared living room, with sofa and a big dining table.
Also, since the current roommate leaving, he'd like to sell all of his things: bed, bedside table, wardrobe, curtain h, cloth basket, his liver and his kidneys (2 for 1). All his items will be heavily discounted.
On Greifswalder Straße, close to Volkspark, M4 stop in front of the building. Supermarkets closeby and a Kebap place right downstairs (important for late-night hunger attacks). Rossmann and Banks are close as well.
Since our dear roomie is leaving (he's getting out of the country because of Brexit), we (2 guys, aged 29, both working) are looking for a new roommate in our wonderful Berlin flat in Prenzlauer Berg.
We'd like to have someone who is also enthusiastic about living together, though we also respect each others privacy. Occasional drinks and cooking are welcome.
One of your future roommates was born and raised in Bavaria and loves start-ups, marketing, Italy and dad jokes. The other one was raised in Karl-Marx-Stadt, not far from Siberia, works for the (german) government and absolutely adores art.
We are both chatty, open-minded and have a good sense of humor. Occasionally we like to do sports together (basically I am asking the other roommates constantly if they want to join me, but they never do, maybe you will have the opportunity to constantly refuse my offers as well). We are looking forward to hearing from you!
Would be great if you contacted us and quickly answered those questions ( you can answer in German if you like)
Why are you in Berlin?
What thing influenced you the most in life?
What's your favorite book?
What's your favorite thing to clean?
Who was your favorite ex-roomie and why?
What makes you really angry?
What makes you really happy?
