My name is Petra and am searching for a person who is going to replace my present flatmate who is going to move to another apartment.
The apartment has an entrance, 1 big living room, 1 kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher) a balcony, a bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and 2 rooms.
My room is the biggest one among the two of them (and that is why the rent is higher for my portion of space!).
The room I am renting is around 14 square meters and has all furniture inside (to be paid to the present flatmate).
The apartment was completely renovated in 2017.
That is NOT a sublet contract. It means that the person who rents the room will be introduced in the contract of the agency with me (Nebenmieter) and is going to pay the exact amount of rent and expenses.
It means that Anmeldung is of course possible.
Contract duration: from 01.11.2018 to 01.02.2020.
IMPORTANT: in the apartment there is my cat who can not leave the apartment.
That means that you need to consider her as part of the apartment. She stays around the apartment all day but she is quite calm and does not do anything to bother people. She almost spends the day looking outside and try to attract birds with strange noises. During the night, she stays in my room with me. Both food and her "WC" are in my room.
The apartment is located between Schönhauser Allee (M1, Ubahn 8 minutes from Vinetastr. and 9 minutes from Schönhauser Allee) and Vinetrastr.
In 10 minutes walkind you can reach Rewe, Edeka and Netto.
It is 10 minutes from the Schönhauser Allee Arkaden and you can find many bars and restaurants.
Nice area. Well connected.
